🇺🇸 Baba Sali
A prayer to the Baba Sali, who merited to perform miracles by the merit of his humble and modest eyes, which were able to constantly pray to God and request from Him without any interruption or distraction, and to behold the Divine presence directly. For his soul was a combination of the souls of Adam, with a numerical value of 45, and Adam Kadmon, with a numerical value of 51, which equals 496, and this is the soul of the Leviathan, which also has a numerical value of 496.

Car son âme était une combinaison des âmes d'Adam, avec une valeur numérique de 45, et d'Adam Kadmon, avec une valeur numérique de 51, ce qui donne 496, et c'est l'âme du Léviathan, qui a également une valeur numérique de 496.

🇺🇸 HaBaba Sali Haqadoch zatsal
One person told us that a few years ago, he heard from a rabbi who had a dream about our teacher, who was with him in a certain house where there was a picture of HaBaba Sali. Our teacher pointed towards the picture and said to the rabbi, "This is a true righteous person."
And in one of the teachings of the rabbi, he said that HaBaba Sali had a spark of King Saul within him because "Saul" and "Sali" interchange the letters Shin and Samekh. So it's like Saul. He also said that when HaBaba Sali would enter the ritual bath, he would enter with his clothes right up to the water, so that his body would not be seen at all. We find a similar practice with King Saul, as it is written that he was covered with many cloths so that nothing would be revealed from his body.
The rabbi recounted that once the gabbai, Rabbi Alfasi (may his memory be a blessing), entered the room of HaBaba Sali and saw a puddle of water on the floor. He asked him, "What is this?" And HaBaba Sali replied, "These are the tears that I cry for the people of Israel, and he (the gabbai) was told not to tell this until he passes away from the world.
The rabbi said that such a soul descends once every few generations.
Rabbi Eliahu Mirav (may he be blessed), one of the disciples of the venerable rabbi, used to occasionally give HaBaba Sali a ride in his car when he lived in Netivot before approaching the rabbi. He recounted that once, while studying in the yeshiva, he suddenly felt a strong sensation to go to HaBaba Sali, and he couldn't concentrate on his studies. So after about an hour, he decided to go to him. When he entered his house, HaBaba Sali said to him, "Where were you? I was waiting for you!" He also recounted that once HaBaba Sali wanted to travel from Netivot to Meron and asked him to give him a ride. On the way, he noticed that there was no fuel in the car, so he told HaBaba Sali that he would only stop at a gas station for a few minutes to fill up the car with fuel. HaBaba Sali said to him, "Continue, continue, don't stop." And when they were close to the next gas station, he once again told HaBaba Sali that he only needed to stop to refuel, and again HaBaba Sali said to him, "Continue, continue." After a few times, he understood that there was something beyond the natural order, as the car continued to drive without fuel. He stopped asking about it and they arrived safely in Meron. On the way back, he didn't ask anything and drove HaBaba Sali to his home in Netivot, only stopping at the gas station afterwards. Truly wondrous.

Une personne nous a raconté qu'il y a quelques années, il a entendu d'un rabbin qui avait fait un rêve à propos de notre maître, qui était avec lui dans une certaine maison où il y avait une photo de HaBaba Sali. Notre maître a pointé du doigt la photo et a dit au rabbin : "C'est un véritable homme juste".
Et dans l'un des enseignements du rabbin, il a dit que HaBaba Sali avait une étincelle du roi Saül en lui car "Saul" et "Sali" échangent les lettres Shin et Samekh. Donc c'est comme Saul. Il a également dit que lorsque HaBaba Sali entrait dans le bain rituel, il entrait avec ses vêtements jusqu'à l'eau, de sorte que son corps ne soit pas du tout visible. Il raconta qu'une fois, alors qu'il étudiait à la yeshiva, il ressentit soudainement une forte sensation d'aller voir HaBaba Sali et ne pouvait pas se concentrer sur ses études. Après environ une heure, il décida donc de s'y rendre. Lorsqu'il entra dans sa maison, HaBaba Sali lui dit : "Où étais-tu ? Je t'attendais !" Il raconta également qu'une fois HaBaba Sali voulut se rendre de Netivot à Meron et lui demanda de le conduire. En cours de route, il remarqua qu'il n'y avait plus d'essence dans la voiture, il lui dit donc qu'il ne s'arrêterait que quelques minutes à une station-service pour faire le plein. HaBaba Sali lui dit : "Continue, continue, n'arrête pas." Et lorsqu'ils étaient proches de la prochaine station-service, il dit encore à HaBaba Sali qu'il devait seulement s'arrêter pour faire le plein, et encore une fois HaBaba Sali lui dit : "Continue, continue." Après plusieurs fois, il comprit qu'il y avait quelque chose qui dépassait l'ordre naturel, car la voiture continuait à avancer sans essence. Il cessa de poser des questions à ce sujet et ils arrivèrent sains et saufs à Meron. Au retour, il ne demanda rien et ramena HaBaba Sali chez lui à Netivot, ne s'arrêtant à la station-service qu'ensuite. Vraiment merveilleux.

Recently, Rabbi Zamir Cohen from "Hidabroot" told a story about a family in the hills who used to light a special candle every Friday evening in memory of their grandfather, Baba Sali. One Saturday morning, they woke up and saw the image of Baba Sali appearing on the wall above the place where the candle was hidden. Immediately after Shabbat, they went to seek advice from Baba Sali's grandson, the righteous Rabbi David Abuchatzeira, who immediately said, "A miracle happened in the hills," and the news spread throughout the country. Rabbi Zamir Cohen said, "This was examined seriously, and it was clarified that it was not a painting made by human hands. There is some special revelation here." The story appeared in the secular media, and hundreds of people came to see it. People returned to their religious observance after seeing the image that appeared on its own from the smoke of the candle for the soul of Baba Sali.

Récemment, le rabbin Zamir Cohen de "Hidabroot" a raconté une histoire concernant une famille dans les collines qui avait l'habitude d'allumer une bougie spéciale chaque vendredi soir en mémoire de leur grand-père, le Baba Sali. Un samedi matin, ils se sont réveillés et ont vu l'image du Baba Sali apparaître sur le mur au-dessus de l'endroit où la bougie était cachée. Immédiatement après le Shabbat, ils sont allés demander conseil au petit-fils du Baba Sali, le juste rabbin David Abuchatzeira, qui a aussitôt déclaré : "Un miracle s'est produit dans les collines", et la nouvelle s'est répandue dans tout le pays. Le rabbin Zamir Cohen a déclaré : "Cela a été examiné sérieusement et il a été établi qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un tableau réalisé par des mains humaines. Il y a ici une révélation spéciale." L'histoire a été publiée dans les médias laïques et des centaines de personnes sont venues la voir. Les gens sont revenus à leur pratique religieuse après avoir vu l'image qui est apparue d'elle-même depuis la fumée de la bougie pour l'âme du Baba Sali.
