Rabbi Yissachar Berg says the following: “We are broadcasting from Har HaBayit the Holiest place on earth! I want to share with you a very interesting shiur that the Rav gave us, in English (which doesn’t happen very often), last Tuesday, 17th Sivan.”

In the background before the shiur: Rabbi Yissachar Berg was waiting in the waiting room with Rabbi Eldad Shmueli, a Tzaddik who is connected to the Rav and to many hidden Tzaddikim.

The Tzaddikim have been discussing amongst themselves, who is the Mashiach, and they were contradicting each other, as to whom they believe IS Mashiach ben Yosef (MBY), and Mashiach ben David (MBD). Rabbi Nachman says in _Sichot HaRan,_ that there is one Tzaddik in the generation, who is "definitely,” like me _(kamoni mamash)._ This Tzaddik is MBY and MBD. 

Ten years ago, Rav Berland received the soul of MBY. After all the Machloket (Disputes /arguments /accusations) against the Rav, he also received the soul of MBD. Both at the same time. Rav Eliezer ben Etiah is gematria “Zeh hu MBY, MBD” – translation: _“This is MBY, MBD.”_ – _Both of them._

Rabbi Eldad Shmueli is a big Tzaddik; he is a Guardian of the Kever _(grave)_ of David HaMelech. 

There are 72 Tzaddikim in Eretz Yisrael — 36 of them are hidden Tzaddikim, 36 are known. Some hidden Tzaddikim hide in a cave and people do not know who they are. Other Tzaddikim are known, but the public does not know how great they are! Some Tzaddikim are hiding their true status even from themselves! You may meet someone at the Kotel asking for money, and he may be one of the 36, but no one knows. He may even be one of them but he doesn’t think that way about himself ….so being one of the Tzaddikim may be hidden from himself. 

Rabbi Eldad Shmueli knows many of the Tzaddikim and they meet secretly and discuss current events in the world amongst themselves. One topic that they discuss often is about Mashiach. The Jewish people have been waiting thousands of years for Mashiach. Everyone agrees that the Mashiach is alive and here with us.

It is not clear to many Tzaddikim WHO is the Mashiach. Many of them say Mashiach is Rav Eliezer Berland. The _Chatam Sofer_ said: “There is one Tzaddik in each generation who possesses the Soul of Moshe Rabbainu, and is worthy to redeem the generation.” According to Rabbainu Nachman, in _Sichot HaRan,_ there is one Tzaddik who has both souls, i.e. the soul of MBY and MBD.

Rabbi Berg continues: “I was saying to Rabbi Shmeuli, as we were waiting to enter for the shiur: I understand that the Rav (Rabbi Eliezer Berland, _Shlita_), is ALSO Eliyahu HaNavi. The _Sefarim_ say the Neshama of Eliyahu goes inside a living Tzaddik, 3 days prior to announcing the Mashiach. Then he announces Mashiach and the souls of MBY and MBD enter that same Tzaddik.” 

“It was then time for the Rav to begin the shiur and we all ran into the room — and amazingly, the Rav was talking about Eliyahu HaNavi.” 

The Rav was saying: This water bottle expires 604, what is 604? 604 is Eliezer Berland. 

*The Rav was clearly reinforcing that he has the soul of Eliyahu HaNavi.*

The Rav continued: There was no rain, a drought, for 3 years. It was terrible, I am in shock from this! There was no water in the river! Eliyahu did not know what to do. Hashem’s instruction to Eliyahu, was – Go to the River Jordan _(Hashem always talks to Rabbi Eliezer Berland.)_   

Rav Berland continues: “They blew up the dam! The Russians blew up the dam!” The Rav knew about the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam on June 6th, which occurred in the morning on the very day of the shiur, but the News had not yet been publicized! An hour after the shiur was over, it came out in the News! The Rav translated _Seker_ from Hebrew to English – it means dam.

This was the very day that the Russians blew up the dam in the Ukraine and flooded the whole city. They blew the dam up! Water came and flooded all the towns and cities in that area. They evacuated the people immediately!

The Rav continued: “Why couldn’t they just bring the water here! I need the water! All the water will come here! There was a drought for 3 years. They bombed the dam! The water will come here!

The Rav returns to the story of Eliyahu Hanavi: The Raven/Crow had nothing to drink, no water, and no food. Achav (Ahab) was the biggest of the Tzaddikim. There was no Tzaddik like Achav! Achav went to Yehoshufat, his brother-in-law. Achav became a big Tzaddik.

Navot was the groom of the _Shechinah._ The Rebbe said to Achav, if you are not married, you cannot come with me, everyone here has to get married. So, he (Achav) took Yehoshufat’s sister, and he got married. He prayed and fasted many days. Until the age of 30 Achav was evil. Then he got married and from age 30 to 100, Achav became a Tzaddik.

Then the Rav pointed to Rabbi Y. Berg, and said: Maybe he was learning in your Yeshiva? He had a lot of success in this Yeshiva! Even though Achav was a wicked man, his Kitchen was Kosher. The Ravens came and took the food from his kitchen and brought it to Eliyahu to feed him.

Bread, water, meat, chicken, hamburger, meat – every day 3 hamburgers. Eliyahu Hanavi said he had to go to a widow (The Tzorfit) who had no food, no water, who was living close to Sidon. Eliyahu went to this lady.

The greatest thing is to work and support Talmidei Yeshiva. Zevulun reached the highest level of _Keter, the level of the crown,_ by supporting Yissachar! Zevulun gave all his profit to Yissachar and he divided it for 4 people. (The Rav then pointed to someone at the shiur and said “like you, like what you do.”)

Every day when Achav, who was the chief of the army, would conquer new cities, he provided for all the poor people of Israel. No one would go without, he gave everyone to eat!

Hashem said to Eliyahu Hanavi: Go to this widow (The Tzorfit Lady), who currently has no food, drink, oil or flour. Her pitcher (Tzapachat) will be full of oil, that never runs out (Tzapachat Hashemen Lo Chasar – the Pitcher of Oil never runs out!). He gave her enough flour for all of the generations (Kad Hakemach Lo Chalta) !

The Rav is giving everyone prayers to say for Parnasa! You can connect to the Pitcher which never runs out! Then you can have money without end! Like Eliyahu HaNavi promised.

The Rav says that everyone has to give their money to the English-Speaking Yeshiva. Just like Eliyahu blessed the widow, the Jar will never be empty! _“May your Jar be full for all generations!”_

One billion dollars a day! If you contribute $1 a day you will make 1 billion dollars a day! 

So during this shiur, the Rav connected everything that is going on:

Showed he has the soul of Eliyahu HaNavi — he is Eliyahu HaNavi.

He knew about the exploded dam in Ukraine, before the story was publicized.

Eliyahu Hanavi is giving a blessing – anyone who contributes to the Yeshiva will become very wealthy. At least one dollar a day.

Rabbainu Nachman gave a blessing to his Talmidim that they will NOT be wealthy, because the blessing of wealth is very hard to handle. However, in every generation there is one wealthy person whose mission it is to support the community, and donates everything he has to the community.

The Talmidim in the Yeshiva need air conditioning, good food, 3 meals a day for energy and strength to study. They need electricity, closets in their rooms, everything that they need.

Donors have the merit to support Torah study and the poor Torah Scholars of Jerusalem – the Holiest place in the world, the source of all gold and silver.

The Rav says Hashem can provide infinite prosperity, so the Rav has written big prayers:  

        “Master of the Universe, who can do anything – merit me a million Euros every minute and every second. Hashem can give infinite bounty (shefa). We will thank you – with all our heart, 248 limbs, and 365 sinews, and the highest levels of the Soul. Hashem took us out of Egypt with gold and silver.” 

This money did not damage them, there should be no suspicion (Chashash) of theft (Gezel) and they should be pure.

In Heaven when someone goes to judgement, Bezra’at Hashem, at the age of 120, the Gemara says one is asked: Did you carry out your business with Emunah, with Faith, in Hashem? This means you never lose out by doing anything for the sake of heaven – e.g. Giving Tzedakah. 

Eliyahu gave the Widow (The Tzorfit), a blessing of never-ending supply of oil. She could supply the whole world with oil. She had the biggest Oil Reserve in the whole world!! Also the flour never stopped. A never-ending pipeline (Tzinor) of prosperity (Shefa) and wealth from Shamayim.

There are those who left behind all their wealth and fame to come and study Torah. We have a famous musician here, and he is sacrificing to learn Torah! If you support the Yeshiva, you have the blessing of Eliyahu HaNavi. Afterwards, all the money is distributed amongst the poor of Yerushalayim. There will always be poor living in Yerushalayim.

*The shiur ends with a phone call to the Tzaddik Eldad Shmueli.* He tells us…. “Am Israel - wherever you are - In the past hour, I have spoken with a few people and it is only a matter of time that there is going to be a very big change in all the World, in all the Universe and also in all our private lives.” 

“Everyone can see that the world is very unstable. The Prime Ministers of the countries are not trustworthy, it is the beginning of World War 3. The countries of NATO are buying all kinds of weapons and getting ready for this war. Much more than it is now between Russian and Ukraine. The weapons are not like the old weapons of WW2, which were like a game. Now, the weapons and bombs destroy, this is not a game.”  

“Also, Israel itself is in a very big danger. Inside and outside and among us… the Arabs, and Erev Rav who want to fight us spiritually. All _AM Israel_ is in a very big danger. The Geulah of Mashiach is about to appear soon, how much time we do not know. Nobody knows. Before a woman has a baby, the birth-pangs are strongest.” 

“The main danger is that we went out from _Kedusha, Holiness._ Make Teshuva, wake up! We do not have years or months or weeks, nobody knows the time, but do it now, make Teshuva, think whatever you did wrong. THINK! Start with your head, then go down to your eyes, and then your ears, nose, etc. and think about all your body parts, and turn around, make Teshuva.”

“If you do Teshuva then you are in a safe place, it will save you. The safest place to be in is Eretz Israel. The safest place to be is with HaKadosh Baruch Hu. The beginning of the WW3 every place will be in a “big mess”, Eretz Israel will have the Shehinah and be a safe place.”  

“Before the Mashiach comes, the _Shehinah (the Spirit/Presence of Hashem)_ will leave the Galut. It is like…The king has a child who behaves badly, and the king sent his son out of the castle, the Queen went to look after the child, the prince, the Queen went to look after him because the King said to do so. We are the child, the son of the King, we should come home from those very dark places and the King will “keep us”. Before the Mashiach will come, the Shehinah will come back to Eretz Israel and leave the overseas. More anti-semitism, there will be no protection outside of Eretz Israel.”  

Rabbi Eldad Shmueli then gave us a blessing to come home. *Am Israel Chai* (from the song by R. Carlebach), what does this mean? That we should LIVE. To have the courage against the 70 Nations, to swim against the stream, the stream is full of bad desires. Keep Shabbat, eat kosher food, watch our eyes, watch how you handle money, etc. *AM Israel Chai* !!! To be against all the _yetzer hara._

To come to Israel, bless you to sell and come. Leave behind and survive yourselves. There will be much danger. There will not be enough airplanes to take a million Jews, to take everyone all at one time, so come now. Buy a ticket and come.

Le rabbin Yissachar Berg dit ce qui suit : "Nous diffusons depuis le Har HaBayit, le lieu le plus saint de la Terre ! Je souhaite partager avec vous un shiur très intéressant que le Rav nous a donné en anglais (ce qui n'arrive pas souvent), mardi dernier, le 17 Sivan."

En arrière-plan avant le shiur : Le rabbin Yissachar Berg attendait dans la salle d'attente avec le rabbin Eldad Shmueli, un Tzaddik qui est connecté au Rav et à de nombreux Tzaddikim cachés.

Les Tzaddikim discutaient entre eux de qui est le Machia'h, et ils se contredisaient quant à celui qu'ils croient être Machia'h ben Yossef (MBY) et Machia'h ben David (MBD). Rabbi Nachman dit dans Sichot HaRan qu'il y a un Tzaddik dans la génération qui est "certainement," comme moi (kamoni mamash). Ce Tzaddik est MBY et MBD.

D'autres Tzaddikim sont connus, mais le public ne sait pas à quel point ils sont grands ! Certains Tzaddikim cachent même leur véritable statut, même à eux-mêmes ! Vous pouvez rencontrer quelqu'un au Kotel qui demande de l'argent, et il peut être l'un des 36, mais personne ne sait. Il peut même en être un, mais il ne pense pas de cette façon à son propre sujet... donc être l'un des Tzaddikim peut être caché même pour lui-même.

Le rabbin Eldad Shmueli connaît beaucoup de Tzaddikim et ils se rencontrent en secret pour discuter des événements actuels dans le monde. Un sujet dont ils discutent souvent est celui du Messie. Le peuple juif attend depuis des milliers d'années le Messie. Tout le monde est d'accord pour dire que le Messie est vivant et parmi nous.

Il n'est pas clair pour de nombreux Tzaddikim qui est le Messie. Beaucoup d'entre eux disent que le Messie est Rav Eliezer Berland. Le Chatam Sofer a dit : "Il y a un Tzaddik dans chaque génération qui possède l'Âme de Moïse Rabbenou et qui est digne de racheter la génération". Selon Rabbainu Nachman, dans Sichot HaRan, il y a un Tzaddik qui a les deux âmes, c'est-à-dire l'âme de MBY et de MBD.

Le rabbin Berg poursuit : "Je disais au rabbin Shmeuli, alors que nous attendions d'entrer pour le shiur : Je comprends que le Rav (Rabbi Eliezer Berland, Shlita), est Également Eliyahu HaNavi. Les Sefarim disent que l'âme d'Élie entre dans un Tzaddik vivant, 3 jours avant d'annoncer le Messie. Ensuite, il annonce le Messie et les âmes de MBY et MBD entrent dans ce même Tzaddik."

"Le moment était venu pour le Rav de commencer le shiur et nous nous sommes tous précipités dans la pièce - et étonnamment, le Rav parlait d'Eliyahu HaNavi."

Le Rav disait : Cette bouteille d'eau expire en 604, qu'est-ce que 604 ? 604, c'est Eliezer Berland.

Le Rav renforçait clairement le fait qu'il a l'âme d'Eliyahu HaNavi.

Le Rav a continué : Il n'y avait pas de pluie, une sécheresse, pendant 3 ans. C'était terrible, je suis choqué par cela ! Il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la rivière ! Eliyahu ne savait pas quoi faire. L'instruction de Hashem à Eliyahu était : Va à la rivière du Jourdain (Hashem parle toujours au rabbin Eliezer Berland).

Rav Berland poursuit : "Ils ont fait exploser le barrage ! Les Russes ont fait exploser le barrage !" Le Rav était au courant de la destruction du barrage de Kakhovka le 6 juin, qui a eu lieu le matin même du shiur, mais l'information n'avait pas encore été rendue publique ! Une heure après la fin du shiur, cela a été annoncé dans les informations ! Le Rav a traduit "Seker" de l'hébreu en anglais - cela signifie barrage.

C'était le jour même où les Russes ont fait exploser le barrage en Ukraine et ont inondé toute la ville. Ils ont fait sauter le barrage ! L'eau est arrivée et a inondé toutes les villes de la région. Les habitants ont été évacués immédiatement !

Le Rav a continué : "Pourquoi ne pouvaient-ils pas simplement amener l'eau ici ! J'ai besoin de l'eau ! Toute l'eau viendra ici ! Il y avait une sécheresse pendant 3 ans. Ils ont bombardé le barrage ! L'eau viendra ici !"

Le Rav revient à l'histoire d'Eliyahu Hanavi : Le corbeau n'avait rien à boire, pas d'eau et pas de nourriture. Achav (Ahab) était le plus grand des Tzaddikim. Il n'y avait pas de Tzaddik comme Achav ! Achav est allé voir Yehoshufat, son beau-frère. Achav est devenu un grand Tzaddik.

Navot était le fiancé de la Shechinah. Le Rebbe a dit à Achav : si tu n'es pas marié, tu ne peux pas venir avec moi, tout le monde ici doit se marier. Alors, il (Achav) a pris la sœur de Yehoshufat et il s'est marié. Il a prié et jeûné de nombreux jours. Jusqu'à l'âge de 30 ans, Achav était mauvais. Puis il s'est marié et de l'âge de 30 à 100 ans, Achav est devenu un Tzaddik.

Ensuite, le Rav a pointé du doigt le rabbin Y. Berg et a dit : Peut-être qu'il étudiait dans votre Yeshiva ? Il a eu beaucoup de succès dans cette Yeshiva ! Même si Achav était un homme méchant, sa cuisine était cachère. Les corbeaux venaient prendre la nourriture de sa cuisine et l'apportaient à Eliyahu pour le nourrir.

Du pain, de l'eau, de la viande, du poulet, des hamburgers, de la viande - chaque jour, 3 hamburgers. Eliyahu Hanavi a dit qu'il devait aller chez une veuve (la Tzorfit) qui n'avait ni nourriture ni eau et qui habitait près de Sidon. Eliyahu est allé voir cette dame.

Le plus grand bien est de travailler et de soutenir les Talmidei Yeshiva. Zevulun a atteint le plus haut niveau de Keter, le niveau de la couronne, en soutenant Yissachar ! Zevulun donnait tous ses bénéfices à Yissachar et il les divisait pour 4 personnes. (Le Rav a ensuite pointé quelqu'un lors du shiur et a dit "comme toi, comme ce que tu fais".)

Chaque jour, lorsque Achav, qui était le chef de l'armée, conquérait de nouvelles villes, il pourvoyait aux besoins de tous les pauvres d'Israël. Personne ne restait sans rien, il donnait à manger à tout le monde !

Hashem dit à Eliyahu Hanavi : Va chez cette veuve (la Dame Tzorfit), qui n'a actuellement ni nourriture, ni boisson, ni huile, ni farine. Sa cruche (Tzapachat) sera remplie d'huile qui ne s'épuise jamais (Tzapachat Hashemen Lo Chasar - la cruche d'huile ne s'épuise jamais !). Il lui a donné suffisamment de farine pour toutes les générations (Kad Hakemach Lo Chalta) !

Le Rav donne à tout le monde des prières à dire pour le Parnassa (les moyens de subsistance) ! Vous pouvez vous connecter à la cruche qui ne s'épuise jamais ! Alors vous pourrez avoir de l'argent sans fin ! Comme Eliyahu Hanavi l'a promis.

Le Rav dit que tout le monde doit donner son argent à la Yeshiva anglophone. Tout comme Eliyahu a béni la veuve, la cruche ne sera jamais vide ! "Que ta cruche soit pleine pour toutes les générations !"

Un milliard de dollars par jour ! Si vous contribuez 1 dollar par jour, vous gagnerez un milliard de dollars par jour ! Pendant ce shiur, le Rav a tout relié :

Il a montré qu'il a l'âme d'Eliyahu Hanavi - il est Eliyahu Hanavi.

Il était au courant du barrage explosé en Ukraine avant que l'histoire ne soit rendue publique.

Eliyahu Hanavi donne une bénédiction - quiconque contribue à la Yeshiva deviendra très riche. Au moins un dollar par jour.

Rabbainu Nachman a béni ses Talmidim pour qu'ils ne soient PAS riches, car la bénédiction de la richesse est très difficile à gérer. Cependant, dans chaque génération, il y a une personne riche dont la mission est de soutenir la communauté et de donner tout ce qu'elle a à la communauté.

Les Talmidim de la Yeshiva ont besoin de climatisation, de bons repas, de trois repas par jour pour avoir de l'énergie et de la force pour étudier. Ils ont besoin d'électricité, de placards dans leurs chambres, de tout ce dont ils ont besoin.

Les donateurs ont le mérite de soutenir l'étude de la Torah et les pauvres érudits de Jérusalem - le lieu le plus saint du monde, la source de tout l'or et l'argent.

Le Rav dit que Hashem peut fournir une prospérité infinie, donc le Rav a écrit de grandes prières :

"Maître de l'Univers, qui peut tout faire - mérite-moi un million d'euros chaque minute et chaque seconde. Hashem peut donner une abondance infinie (shefa). Nous te remercierons - de tout notre cœur, de nos 248 membres, de nos 365 tendons et des niveaux les plus élevés de l'âme. Hashem nous a fait sortir d'Égypte avec de l'or et de l'argent."

Cet argent ne les a pas corrompus, il ne devrait y avoir aucune suspicion (Chashash) de vol (Gezel) et ils devraient être purs.

Au Ciel, lorsque quelqu'un est jugé, Bezra'at Hashem, à l'âge de 120 ans, la Guemara dit qu'on lui demande : As-tu mené tes affaires avec Emunah, avec Foi, envers Hashem ? Cela signifie que vous ne perdez jamais en faisant quoi que ce soit pour l'amour du Ciel, par exemple en donnant la Tsédaka.

Eliyahu a donné à la veuve (la Dame Tzorfit) une bénédiction d'approvisionnement sans fin en huile. Elle aurait pu fournir le monde entier en huile. Elle avait la plus grande réserve d'huile du monde entier ! De même, la farine ne s'est jamais arrêtée. Un pipeline (Tzinor) sans fin de prospérité (Shefa) et de richesse provenant du Shamayim (Ciel).

Il y a ceux qui ont laissé derrière eux toute leur richesse et leur renommée pour venir étudier la Torah. Nous avons ici un célèbre musicien, et il sacrifie tout pour apprendre la Torah ! Si vous soutenez la Yeshiva, vous avez la bénédiction d'Éliyahu HaNavi. Ensuite, tout l'argent est distribué aux pauvres de Yerushalayim. Il y aura toujours des pauvres qui vivent à Yerushalayim.

Le shiur se termine par un appel téléphonique au Tzaddik Eldad Shmueli. Il nous dit... "Am Israël - où que vous soyez - Au cours de la dernière heure, j'ai parlé avec quelques personnes et il ne fait aucun doute qu'il y aura bientôt un très grand changement dans le monde entier, dans tout l'Univers et aussi dans nos vies privées."

"Tout le monde peut voir que le monde est très instable. Les Premiers ministres des pays ne sont pas dignes de confiance, c'est le début de la Troisième Guerre mondiale. Les pays de l'OTAN achètent toutes sortes d'armes et se préparent à cette guerre. Bien plus que ce qui se passe actuellement entre la Russie et l'Ukraine. Les armes ne sont plus comme les anciennes armes de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, qui étaient comme un jeu. Maintenant, les armes et les bombes détruisent, ce n'est pas un jeu."

"Aussi, Israël lui-même est en grand danger. À l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et parmi nous... les Arabes et l'Erev Rav qui veulent nous combattre spirituellement. Tout le peuple d'Israël est en grand danger. La Geulah du Mashiach est sur le point de se manifester bientôt, combien de temps exactement, nous ne le savons pas. Personne ne sait. Avant qu'une femme n'accouche, les douleurs de l'accouchement sont les plus fortes."

Le danger principal est que nous sommes sortis de la Kedusha, de la Sainteté. Faites Teshuva, réveillez-vous ! Nous n'avons pas des années, ni des mois, ni des semaines, personne ne sait quand cela arrivera, mais faites-le maintenant, faites Teshuva, réfléchissez à tout ce que vous avez fait de mal. RÉFLÉCHISSEZ ! Commencez par votre tête, puis passez à vos yeux, puis vos oreilles, votre nez, etc., et réfléchissez à toutes les parties de votre corps, retournez-vous, faites Teshuva.

Si vous faites Teshuva, alors vous êtes en sécurité, cela vous sauvera. Le lieu le plus sûr où se trouver est Eretz Israël. Le lieu le plus sûr où être est avec HaKadosh Baruch Hu. Au début de la Troisième Guerre mondiale, chaque endroit sera dans un "grand désordre", mais Eretz Israël aura la Shehinah (la Présence Divine) et sera un lieu sûr.
