A stirring Elul prayer (for men) composed by R’ Noson, based on Likutey Moharan I:141, with an English translation from BRI. The prayer deals with G-d circumcising your heart and that of your seed, Elul’s acronym- את לבבך ואת לבב. It is recommended to recite this prayer every day throughout Elul, as explained on page 268 of שאלות ותשובות בחסידות ברסלב חלק ו׳, by Rav Schik.
