Que toutes les nations viennent devant le Saint, béni soit-Il, avec une revendication : pourquoi ne leur offre-t-il pas la Torah, puisqu'ils désirent également la recevoir ? La Guemara dit : Le Saint, béni soit-Il, leur dit : "Apportez-moi les registres généalogiques de vos familles". Car les nations n'ont pas de pères, seulement des mères.
